I know I just posted my new affiliation with SwellColors in LBI, but in less than a week I have expanded to Bayhead and Zsa Zsa Stackles’ wonderful gallery there.
ReFind is at 43 Mount Street in Bayhead and is a treasure trove of interesting eclectic art. I was truly enchanted by the variety and quality of work there and look forward to showing my new work there.
Since I hadn’t planned on having to stock galleries this year, it means I have had a very busy week at the easel and am still painting! I am loving the reception this new graphic style is getting and will have a selection of work up there and in place this coming Tuesday, including some of the cocktail series, gulls, and a few things you haven’t yet seen here on the site.

Zsa Zsa also is the driving force behind this June 24th’s Art in the Park in Bayhead. I missed out on this one this year, but plan to be there in 2019. Lots of terrific artists will be there on the 24th so don’t miss out!
This weekend I will be out on Long Beach Island at Matt Burton’s opener in Surf City on the boulevard. Come on out and catch some brand new work, fresh off the easel! I will be there Saturday and Sunday. Hoping you will come on out and see the great art on hand, plus there will be jugglers, refreshments, and live music.
Finally, a huge shout out to the Jersey Shore Vacation magazine for putting my painting of a gull (his name is Fat Fred) in their summer issue. They have been very good to me these last few years. It is always a little thrill to open the mailbox and see the magazine and the little “As seen in …” placard with my work on it. This particular painting will be available at ReFind in the coming week.
